I have always enjoyed building things that I can later hold and even use. The problem-solving and happy accidents of sculpture feeds into the love I have for it. It’s much like solving a math problem… difficult but rewarding. From the props I’ve made of fantasy worlds I read and watch, to pieces that are more original and mine, I pour my heart into all these projects. Knowing I do not need to always use expensive tools and materials to create has allowed me to take risks and create objects I never imagined I could create.
